The 15th White Rabbit Workshop

International Timing and Sync Forum
27-30 October 2025, Prague, Czech Republic
Many members of the White Rabbit Collaboration get together at ITSF in Prague, with different talks, posters and booths showcasing White Rabbit technology and applications.
ISPCS 2025
6-8 October 2025, Ottawa, Canada
The WR Collaboration Bureau attended the conference where they participated in the Plugfest and demonstrated for the first time a working prototype of version 4 of the White Rabbit Switch!
14th WR Workshop
25-26 June 2025, Geneva, Switzerland
The 14th WR Workshop took place at CERN the 25th and 26th of June, bringing together the WR community for two days of talks and networking. Register following this link and when you do so, tell us if you would like to present your work (latest by the 16th of May).
Belgian Time and Frequency Services Workshop
20 March 2025, Brussels, Belgium
We presented the White Rabbit Collaboration at the workshop organised at the Royal Observatory of Belgium. You can find more information about the event here.
2nd SIG-TFN Meeting
12-13 March 2025, Ispra Italy
The second SIG-TFN meeting took place at the European Commission’s Joint Research Council site in ISPRA, Italy. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the pan-European timing network and explore the interoperability between the member states / NRENs and the possibility of commercial use while maintaining existing obligations and use cases. Participants include NRENs, NMIs and other bodies from Member States, telecom industry representatives, EURAMET, GÉANT and the European Commission. We participated in the event and presented the White Rabbit Collaboration. You can find more about the event here.

The WR Collaboration participated in the panel ‘Resilient Time synchronization for future industry applications’
PTTI 2025
27-30 January 2025, Long Beach, USA
We will be presenting the WR Collaboration, and the applications of WR in quantum networks, at the session Time Keeping and Quantum Networking. We will also participate in the tutorials, providing an overview of the WR technology.
QT4HEP
20-24 January 2025, Geneva, Switzerland
CERN organised the second edition of its Quantum Technology Conference in January 2025. The first day was dedicated to quantum networks, with four talks presenting very recent advancements in quantum entanglment distribution using WR, including WR Collaboration member Nu Quantum.

1st SIG-TFN meeting
GEANT

European NMIs and NRENs got together in Amsterdam in October 2024 to discuss a future fibre optic insfrastructure to distribute time and frequency across Europe. Click on the image to find more. Maciej Lipinski presented the WR Collaboration.
